Hourly Rate:  $10/hr for all states (except Nevada, where an additional dollar per hour is added)

Shifts available:

Shifts are based on business needs and typically include:

Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST

 

POSITION:   WORK FROM HOME CALL CENTER AGENT:

Position Overview:

As part of our work-from-home team, you'll serve as the first impression to customers for one of our largest clients, providing exceptional customer service as you coordinate activities to 'release vehicles'.  These are vehicles that are deemed 'totaled' and whereby claims were settled between the vehicle owner and their insurance agency (this is not collections). 

In this role, you will coordinate the 'release and transfer' of vehicles from their current location to an auction house, this transfer allows our client to regain a portion of the settlement costs.  As a work-from-home agent, your role is critical to helping reach the goal of successful coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will initiate and manage activities to support the goal of getting vehicles released and moved to the defined location. 

Activities include:

  • Contact customers to secure and document important vehicle data
  • Initiate and manage the coordination of scheduled appointments
  • Utilize online support tools to research data, maintain accurate notes, and track or log key process steps and statuses
  • Perform workload in accordance with daily deadlines and expectations

Desired Experience:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications: Windows operating environment, Microsoft Office tools, email, internet navigation
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with call center telephony and technology
  • Good data entry/keyboard skills: 40 WPM minimum

 Required:

  • You must live in one of the states listed above.
  • You must be able to legally work in the U.S.
  • You must have a High School Diploma (or, equivalent).
  • You must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • 2+ years customer service online support experience
  • You must be able to establish a noise-free work-from-home setting
